Understanding the Uninsured: Tailoring Policy Solutions for Different Subpopulations

NIHCM Foundation has released a new report, Understanding the Uninsured: Tailoring Policy Solutions for Different Subpopulations, that segments the uninsured according to their eligibility, income and whether they are a child, parent or childless adult.  A range of policy options to extend coverage to adults are discussed, as well as options for reaching uninsured young adults and older adults who are not yet eligible for Medicare.
