Patricia Hemingway Hall

Robert A. Marino

President and CEO, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey. A Rutgers University graduate, he began his career at Blue Shield of New Jersey, as the company was then known, 38 years ago.  He spent several years at Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield in New York City, where he served as Assistant Vice President of Professional Benefits Administration and Vice President of National Accounts. He returned to Horizon BCBSNJ and, in 1997, became Senior Vice President of Market Business Units. In 2008, he was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, a role in which he oversaw all operations, including the service, healthcare management, information technology, and sales divisions of the company.

Mark White
