PIPPAH Webinar Chronic Disease"Preventing Adult Chronic Disease During Adolescence: The Role of Health Plans"August 29, 2007 Webinar Agenda, Presentations, Presenter Biographies and Additional Materials This webinar explored the burden of adult chronic disease and primary risk factors among adolescents, and highlighted health plan opportunities to identify adolescents at risk and modify their risk factors through medical evaluation, treatment and counseling.
